no silly, it's not the emperor palpatine with a face lift. it's our good buddy, voldemort :D. i just read that part in book 5 again ^^;. ha, he calls her bella xD watch the death eaters all have nicknames for themselves. bellatrixsofuntodraw.

Yeah, I know this is kinda weird, but he ALMOST shows his "affection" *gasp* towards her by calling her Bella. In, I think, Rome (some place in Europe) the girl's lovers would often call her Bella, which means beauty.
